Frequently Asked Questions

How long do personalised orders take?

It can take between 2-10 days as it requires time to make. Each individual item varies. Some items take longer than others especially if it is ordered in a busy period. Please see individual items for clearer estimated timescales.

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

Yes of course, just send us a message with the quantity you require.

Do you do combined shipping?

Yes. If more than one product is brought together and is going to a single address.

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns for only non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days. Postage expenses are your own responsibility in the exception if the items were received were damaged.

Personalised items cannot be returned. Food and confectionery cannot be returned.

Do you provide a tracking number?

We dispatch via STANDARD Delivery, this doesn’t have a tracking number. For Tracked postage, send us a message before placing an order and we will change the postage to a tracked service.

Can I cancel my order?

You have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours. After this, you need to contact us and we will have to confirm - as often, it is possible that we may make the products for you on the day you purchased it, so 24 hours notice needs to be given.
